Damaged Items


Our team works hard to ensure your products arrive in a timely manner ready to use for your event.   Please inspect your package on arrival to ensure all items have been received and are in usable condition. In the event that items in your order arrive damaged, please notify us within 7 business days of receiving your order so that we may correct the error. If we are contacted outside of the 7 business day window we are unable to resend the order or issue a refund.




For your convenience you may return items from your order within 30 days of purchase.  In order to process your return you will need to contact our customer service at 888.494.4467 or via email to obtain a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) Number. You will be responsible for paying return shipping costs for your return order  as we do not offer free return shipping labels. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.


All items must be in new, sellable condition, unopened, unworn and in original packaging.  

Holiday and Seasonal item returns such as Halloween, Easter, and Thanksgiving must be received in our warehouse 7 days prior to the holiday to be eligible for a refund.


Return Instructions:


All returns must be sent via a trackable method so that your package can be tracked and ensure receipt at our facility. Returns may take up to two weeks to process.

We are unable to process returns without an RMA Number and returns without an RMA are subject to a 50% restocking fee.

If a package could not be delivered due to customers fault (i.e. incorrect address or not picked up at carrier facility) OR was refused by the customer (without notifying Ziggos Party), the order will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and shipping charges will not be refunded.

 Christmas Items:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL on Christmas Costumes, Apparel and Accessories. All Sales are final on Christmas Items purchased after December 25.

Halloween Items:

    Halloween Items may not be returned after October 31st. Items must be in original unopened packages for return. 

All SALES ARE FINAL on Halloween Items purchased after October 31. No returns will be accepted.
